We believe strongly that a good communication process and a thorough understanding of our client's business will result in a better, more effective website. We want to work closely with you to find out what you both need and want from your website in order to grow your business.
We aim for professionalism in everything we do.
In order to make your client experience a great one, we've decided to lay out our development process so that you can know what to expect when we make your website. We have 5 main stages in our process: Planning, Content Creation, Design & Layout, and the Website Launch. As you will see, our clients are able to offer input into every step of the way.
Because every project is unique, the timetables offered here may vary depending on the size of the project, the number of changes needed at each stage, and how quickly each stage is approved. Some websites may take more time and some will take less.

Present client with information about Virtuosi Media (VM) and go over Project Questionnaire. |
Prepare & Deliver Proposal |
VM sends Proposal to client detailing the scope of the work, estimates and timelines. |

Client approves the time, figures, and scope of the project; signs contract. |

50% Deposit |
Work will not begin until a deposit has been recieved. |

Client Communication & Approval |
VM presents a plan for website structure to Client and waits for approval before proceeding. |

Define Content |
Client is responsible for submitting content to VM within 10 days of signing the contract. For additional remuneration, VM can write or edit written content. |
Image collection |
Client is responsible for submitting images to VM within 10 days of signing the contract. If desired, VM can create custom graphics or suggest and purchase stock photos on behalf of the Client for additional remuneration. |

Final content approval from Client. |

Final design approval from Client. |

Work will not continue until a deposit has been recieved. |
